I manager and deliver the 2Moro? project at Immediate Theatre. This is a creative project that supports 16 - 24 year olds back into training and education. Each year we take on young participants to train as Peer Facilitators on our Estate Based Youth Theatres, they are employed by us for 17.5 hours a week and complete a Gold Arts Award and other qualifications in a supportive work environment. This film was created for the graduation event of our 2012/2013 cohort.
