The First Door Theatre Company is made up of a group of young people 18 - 24 who are NEET and participants on the Talent Match London employability project. I manage and deliver the project for Immediate Theatre I co-produced, devised and delivered a drama project exploring their experiences of using the Jobcentre. This film formed part of the performance.
Participants created a story and film based on their experiences of Jobcentre plus advisors. The film was commissioned by Talent Match London and includes young people's experiences, their 'Top Ten Tips' for JCP staff and was shared with senior JCP managers.
